About me

I worked in the Nutrition Center of the Birmingham Zoo for a year after college and then moved to Florida to work for Disney. I was an educator at Disney's Animal Kingdom for 3 years where I had the opportunity to talk to guests from all over the world about animals and conservation. I worked for NEON, the National Ecological Observatory Network, for 3 years doing biological data collection in the field and the lab. I began working for UF/IFAS Extension in 2022 where I develop and present 4-H In School programs for Alachua County schools.
