LEEF Spring Mini-Conference

Vision documents are strategic frameworks that allow organizations to contextualize, align, and evaluate their outreach activities. Last year, Archbold Biological Station completed a vision document for their k-12 and public outreach. In this presentation, Dustin walks participants through the process they used to construct the document, including their construction of a theory of change and how they chose between evaluation methods.
